Max Music Academy does not assume any responsibility for personal property (including, but not limited to clothing, cameras, cell phones, purses, wallets, vehicles, etc.) lost, damaged or left unattended on school premises, in common areas and the parking lot.
Max Music Academy does not assume any responsibility for the well-being and safety of minors who are absent on school premises, in common areas as well as the parking lot.
This Policy states that we require you to reserve your spot a payment for a month ahead. In particular, payment proceedings can be done in cash, e-transfer, or cheque.
- A regularly scheduled private lesson may be rescheduled with 1 day (24 hours) notice before your regularly scheduled lesson. Moreover, the rescheduled lesson must be booked at that time and must take place within 7 days. If the student cannot reschedule a lesson within the 7 day time frame, we will charge half of the lesson cost and the rest will be credited.
- We won’t accept a cancelled lesson on the same day of the scheduled lesson time, unless due to an emergency, credit of the lesson will be lost.
- Our Policy states that there are no credits or refunds given for student absences.
Notify the school at least two weeks before your vacation. In case you Miss lessons on vacation time, they will be credited.
Students who are late may only receive the remaining time of their lesson.
NSF or Declined Payments
$40.00 NSF fee is applied to a student account for each NSF cheque.
